Are Health coaches perfect, super healthy aliens that only eat kale and spinach?

Definitely not. Sometimes I feel like people think of me as a different type of human, one who never craves sweets,pasta,cheese…

I am not! In my practice I encourage my clients to live a healthier, happier lifestyle, but I don’t believe in being overly strict about it. Saying things like “I will never again eat gluten, it’s terrible for me”. Yes, there are some foods that I suggest avoiding on a daily basis, but occasionally, if it makes you happy, why not?

I love coffee and even though there are many arguments about the negative effects of it, I enjoy the taste of it every morning. It brings me pleasure. Having a cup of coffee in a cozy cafe with a friend is special❤️. I let myself have it. As well as many other things. What makes it a treat is that you don’t have it in an unlimited amount.

More importantly, if you decide to have that pizza, make sure it’s the best pizza you can get and enjoy every bite of it. NEVER scold yourself for having it.
