Do you love coffee or do you try to stay away from it?

I love coffee and I started drinking even more after I moved to NYC. I think NYC just calls for it – the vibes, speed, energy! However I recently discovered that Finland is home to the biggest coffee lovers! Surprised?

The average Finn goes through 27.6 lb (12.5kg) of coffee each year according to the International Coffee Organization. Compare that to a measly 11 pounds (5kg)per American.

This post is about 𝗩𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘀 and when to take them. Why am I talking about 𝗰𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲? Because you should NEVER combine these 2! Otherwise, you are just wasting your vitamins because they won’t have time to 𝗮𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗯.

1. Vitamins 𝗔,𝗘,𝗗,𝗞
The fat-soluble vitamins A, E, D, K are best absorbed by the body when taken with 𝖿𝖺𝗍-containing foods. Even a small amount of fat is enough to activate them!

2.Vitamins of 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗕
the best time for B vitamins is breakfast, lunch.

3. 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘂𝗺,𝗳𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿.
All of these supplements are best taken in the evening or even before bed.

4. 𝗩𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗖
Water-soluble vitamin C can be taken at any time of the day, but be sure to drink it with a glass of 🌊 to get all the benefits
– it improves the iron absorption
I advise to take it strictly with food!

5. 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗰𝗶𝘂𝗺
Calcium, important for the health of bones and teeth, in general, does not require any special dosage regimens.
More often prescribed at night – it improves sleep.
– However! If you drink with Vit. D you can drink even at dawn
– Ca should not be combined with 𝘐𝘳𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘳 𝘡𝘪𝘯𝘤

6. 𝗜𝗿𝗼𝗻 is best if taken in the morning on an empty stomach, preferably with warm lemon water. Iron supplements can cause stomach cramps in some people. You may need to take iron with a small amount of food to avoid this problem. 𝘔𝘪𝘭𝘬, 𝘊𝘢𝘭𝘤𝘪𝘶𝘮 and antacids should NOT be taken at the same time as iron supplements.
